The Insurers
Your insurer will appoint a Loss Adjuster (possibly in conjunction with Forensic Scientists and Accountants) to represent their interests. Their initial task is to ascertain whether or not the terms and conditions of your policy have been adhered to. Thereafter they will consider any claim presented and make appropriate adjustment. The Loss Adjuster does not prepare your claim. Their fees are paid by the insurance company.
The Insured
As an Independent Claims Consultant we will assist yourself and your other representatives to review the policy, including the specific terms and conditions prevailing. We will also explain your options and requirements and assist with the preparation and negotiation of all aspects of claim..

The complexity of claims handling can be time consuming and detrimental to your resources, especially when your staff's duties will no doubt be increased with the burden of restructuring.

We would welcome the opportunity of offering our experience (in excess of 30 years within the industry) to assist with the handling of the claim and recovery of your business.
